Toys (1992) presents a whimsical and vibrant world where a sprawling toy factory sits amidst rolling hills, resembling a child's play area from afar. The factory, a marvel of creativity, is filled with an array of toys that whiz, whistle, wiggle, and more, creating a symphony of sounds and colors. The walls are adorned with vibrant limericks and harlequin designs, while a roller coaster corridor leads to an assembly line where workers dance around carousels topped with giant doll and animal heads. The factory floor transforms into a magical scene of New York's Central Park on Christmas Eve, complete with carolers, elves, reindeer, and tiny planes delivering presents. Kenneth Zevo, the founder, believed that work should be play, a lesson his son Leslie took to heart. Leslie, played by Robin Williams, embodies this philosophy, taking nothing seriously as he strolls through the factory in a coat that sings in multiple languages. However, when the factory is threatened by Leslie's demented uncle, the General, Leslie must step up to save his father's legacy of "squeezable fun for everyone.
