A Farm of Passage

The instability generated by the current economic recession affects us on a daily basis. Yet the stark figures actually say very little of the actual suffering of the people under these circumstances and they speak even less of the changes that they are undergoing. After spending a year living among these people, the film portrays a reality that begs essential questions. It reveals the deep-rooted contradictions of a society that has reached the end of its rope, the need to rethink the future and the intense desire to be free.
