A bus is involved in an accident with 21 passengers. Vikram (Naga Chaitanya Akkineni), is the only one who survives. Since then, Vikram has the missing twin syndrome, which causes Aditya, Vikram's invisible twin brother, to control his left hand (Savyasachi means ambidextrous in Hindi).
