One day, Dolph wakes up to discover, dumbfounded, that the one thing he loves most in the whole world, his dog Paul, has vanished. Desperate, our hero embarks on a search full of unexpected encounters and outrageous scenes. After fascinating us with the adventures of a killer tire in Rubber (one of the big winners at Sitges 2010), Quentin Dupieux continues his sabotage of film conventions with a comedy where any situation, however commonplace it might seem, is subject to taking a turn towards bewilderment. A milestone that is a turn of the screw in the concept of post-humor.
