Demented

Under the summer sun and in an idyllic landscape, Martin’s family’s farm is crumbling down inside.The grandmother domineers a father with no presence, no opinion and no rule, the mother is locked up in her bedroom, the eldest brother drinks because he just can’t write. Martin is left to his own devices, the only affection and supports he gets come from his cat and the maid. At 11, he is naïve enough to be willing to change the state of things, to get his family going, using force if necessary.
