TV Series (2021). 8 Episodes. May 9, 1945. On the square of the small town of Insterburg in East Prussia, this day is met by Rokotov, Elagina and Fedorenko. They rejoice together with all the soldiers of the Red Army. The war is over. The townspeople huddle up to the houses - some of them are crying, and some are sighing with relief. An impromptu dance floor immediately appears on the square, a young lieutenant plays the piano right in the center of the square.
