Architect Roger Owen is hired to lay out golf links, for which a neighboring estate must be acquired. Roger charms both Perdita and her devoted former nanny, Kitty Anson, who owns the bio-farm and is eager to match the youngsters even before he divulges being a relative, but soon dies.
