Mike Hammer, Private Eye (TV Series)

TV Series (1997-1998). After the "Mickey Spillane's Mike Hammer" TV Series, aired by the BBC network in 1984-1987, Keach's version of Hammer was revived with these 26 more syndicated episodes produced in 1997-1998 under the title Mike Hammer, Private Eye, but this revived version never found particularly wide distribution or much of an audience. Stacy Keach's original portrayal of the title character is revived with a new Velda and a different cop as his friend. Mike's cases are arranged to reflect the times of the late '90's.
