Eagle vs Shark (2007) follows the story of Lily, a uniquely shy and sweet individual who stands out due to her quirky nature, often becoming the target of laughter and whispers from those around her. Despite the teasing, Lily remains content with her uniqueness and works as a cashier at a fast food restaurant, eagerly awaiting the daily visits of Jarrod, a fellow misfit. Jarrod, who works at a video game shop, sees himself as a genius but struggles with bouts of depression. He is planning an elaborate costume party where guests will dress up as their favorite animals. Jarrod chooses a shark, while Lily opts for an eagle, setting the stage for an unconventional and heartfelt connection between the two.
