The Road with the Acacias

An honest and sensitive girl who lives with her grandmother, Lena Petri, thinks that the man she loved deceived her. Feeling desperate, she throws herself in front of a passing car. Severely injured, she is taken to hospital but is saved thanks to the successful operation by the surgeon Vranas. When she gets well, she falls in love with him but is forced to repress her feelings when she finds out that he is engaged to a ruthless social climber.
