At a time of deep crisis, the film points to some images of aggressions and hate crimes and questions us about the form hatred takes. As certain images and strategies used to reveal the mechanisms of hate have not served to make us more aware of its consequences, nor to undermine its discomfort, 'Heard Hate' invites us to distrust the evidence in the images and asks us: how can we imagine other forms to address the problems of hate?
