Clepsydra is an ancient Greek water clock (literally, "to steal water"). This film imagines the strip of celluloid that passes vertically through a projector like a toothed waterfall (random events measured in discrete units of time), through which the silent dreams of a girl can barely be heard under the roar of a torrent irresistible, an irreversible torment.
