Pal/Secam (S)

In Moscow, it's the era of disco and perestroika. Boris is a teen ready to become sexually active. Marina is the object of his quest. He asks her to his family's flat; his enticement is his video player and the promise of a good movie. She negotiates: she wants Champagne. He goes to his uncle for help. His uncle, in turn, makes his own bargain: he'll help with the alcohol and shows up unannounced at Boris's with a group of men paying for a poker and video party. In the middle of the party, Marina shows up. Negotiations continue.
