17-year-old Tobi shaves his hair off in order to become a member of a neonazi gang. Being a neonazi, he's soon chased by the police. “Unfortunatly” he even rescues a little black girl who starts following him. However, with her in tow, Tobi gets from one problem into an other. At one point he is forced to make a choice. Is he on the side of the neonazi gang or on the side of the little black girl?
