Why is the sky blue?

A family can't pay their rent and must move to a poor neighborhood where younger daughter Babette (Nora Aunor) does all the cleaning, cooking, and chores for the family. Next door are a woman and her mentally-unstable son Bobby (Dennis Roldan). Babette soon takes charge of watching Bobby during the day so his mother can work. When women are being attacked in the neighborhood, Bobby is accused of these assaults.
