They are part of a secret league, and that is where Gino Riganti comes into play, who in the past was part of that league, and was apparently involved in the death of his parents, who were his friends. Gino is also the father of Benicio's girlfriend, one of the boys, and the fiancé of Cruz's lover, another one of them.
