To celebrate her 30th anniversary, Paula invites small Ignacio, a neighbor who lives two floors below. After blowing out the candles on the cake, Ignacio gives her a beautiful watch. Ignacio takes away the crystal glass and uses it as a monocle. Paula then sees that one needle is missing. It is stuck in her arm.
