La Pérdida (The Loss) follows Juan as he copes with the recent loss of his wife. His sorrow plays out as he grows ever more bewildered upon doing laundry for the first time and discovering a missing sock. Juan just can't comprehend what happened; he put an even number in and an odd number came out.
