Stray Nightingale

Juzaburo is a well-known thief. One day, a henchman betrays him, and his entire gang is slaughtered. Juzaburo escapes and, near death, is saved by inspector Sadaemon and by a couple that run a tavern. Years later, when the son of the policeman who helped him needs help himself, Juzaburo, who now answers to the name of Genzaburo, will cook up a plan to return the favor.
