Following the 1973 coup, Clea's family had to leave Chile. Her mother ends up living in Costa Rica and her uncle in Germany. They both built their lives in exile, always with an open wound. After the unexpected contact of a German cousin, Clea takes a trip to Chile to discover the family past and its consequences. Orbit explores the sense of belonging, the impact that political events can have in a family, and the traumas they create through generations.
