This season takes place fifteen years following the events of the original Total Drama Island and features an entirely new cast of 16 contestants back to Camp Wawanakwa, the setting for the first, fourth, and first half of fifth seasons, retconning the island’s fate from the finale of All-Stars and Pahkitew Island.
