One in the Chamber

When Killers Collide, Every Bullet Counts: A seasoned assassin plays both sides in a Russian gang war and becomes the target of an unknown enemy. In modern day Russia, skilled assassins make themselves available for hire to the Mafia. However, when one assassin, Carver (Cuba Gooding Jr.) takes a job with a gang he was once hired to make a hit on it launches into an all-out mob war. To make things worse, another assassin (Dolph Lundgren) has been hired to take out Carver and the result will make the Russian streets run red.
