Kim Craig is her self indulgent, ever complaining, 20-something fashion victim daughter. Kath dates and later marries the prissy metrosexual Kel Knight. Kath's homelife is frequently disrupted by Kim leaving her husband Brett Craig and moving back in. Kim's lonely, sports obsessed "second best friend" is Sharon Strzelecki, an overweight frump.
