Far from the Sea (De espaldas al mar)

We are in the city of Valencia, very close to the sea, during the hottest month of August people can remember. The city has been practically abandoned by its inhabitants and, where normally families go on about their lives and shops and businesses are being run, only a depressing Sunday morning atmosphere is left. This is the story of three women with their backs to the sea in a city of stifling heat, all of them waiting for an imminent total eclipse of the sun, the first one in the last two hundred years.
