Sakaling maging tayo (2019) follows the story of Pol and Laya, two college freshmen who cross paths on their final day in Baguio City. Laya is preparing to return to Manila to leave behind a troubled relationship, while Pol is looking forward to an unrestrained evening at a music festival. Witnessing Laya's emotional turmoil, Pol chooses to dedicate the entire night to the girl he has long admired secretly.
