Documentary. Solanas exposes the systematic despoiling of his homeland, not by any dictator or military junta, but by an elected democracy: leaders who, in the space of just a few years, sold off Argentina’s inheritance, privatised its profits, nationalized its debts and drove much of the population of this once-rich nation into abject poverty.
