Kerem and Ebru fall in love, getting ready to marry. Yet, the vendetta existing between their families hinders this. The two lovers don't give up and escape to the mountains. Bahri finds them in the hotel and rapes her in Kerem's absence, believing Kerem is dead Ebru gets insane and is sent to an asylum.
